A friend has alerted me to the latest Lynx advert, which was shown at half-time during the last England game. You can watch it here. All I'll say is that Lynx certainly understand their target demographic. Perhaps topical given the current debate over lads' mags going on the top shelf, but it is clearly tongue-in-cheek--or at least the friend who brought it to my attention is female and unoffended.

Ah, L'Oreal, "because you're worth it"... The only one that I've noticed recently has Eva Longoria (of Desperate Housewives fame) trying to convince us that she colours her hair out of a bottle at home. As if! But maybe there are more that I haven't noticed?
In that context and given the time of broadcast I think it was Genius. However I do feel we have gone back to the 70's with most adverts aluding to sex to sell a product! I have a questions for you
What are your views on the amount of Loreal adverts on TV at the moment?
